Tourette Syndrome is listed in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as a disability. It is also listed in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) as a learning disability. As such, your child may be entitled to a "504" plan or an Independent Education Plan (IEP).
